Our public submission window opens January 1 through February 1 each year. We accept up to 200 registered entries, with a project title, logline, screenplay or pitch deck, and a trailer if applicable.

January 1 through February 1, inclusive · America/Chicago · Maximum 200 registered entries per year. Your place is counted when the entry is registered; complete uploads within 30 minutes.

20–1,500 characters. Provide at least one script or pitch deck as a file or private link. Ensure shared links are accessible to our team.

MP4 or WebM · up to 200 MB. Uploads are stored privately.

Submission policy

Materials are accepted only through this dedicated form during the annual window, until the 200-entry limit is reached. All dates and deadlines use Chicago time. An entry counts toward the limit when registered, including entries whose attachments remain incomplete. You have 30 minutes after registration to finish uploading. Outside this process, do not send unsolicited creative materials through general contact, by email, or directly to team members.

Your work and your rights

Submit only material you own or are authorized to share. You retain your rights. Submitting permits Kingdom Harvest Films to receive, store, and evaluate the materials; it does not transfer ownership or create an obligation to develop or acquire your work.

What to expect

Receipt does not guarantee review, selection, feedback, compensation, or a response. An inquiry or submission does not create a business or confidential relationship. Our team may independently develop projects with similar themes, ideas, or elements. Any further business relationship or use beyond evaluation would require a separate agreement.

Files and privacy

Uploaded documents and trailers are stored in private storage for authorized company review. External links remain subject to the access permissions you set. Do not include sensitive personal information unrelated to evaluating the project. Please read our privacy policy.
