Information you share

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, inquiry category, message, and any phone number or organization you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or creative material outside the dedicated submissions process.

How information is used

We use this information to receive, categorize, evaluate, and respond to inquiries; manage relevant business communications; prevent abuse; and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and security

Our website is hosted on Vercel, and form emails are delivered through Resend to our business email account. These providers and our email provider process information needed to provide their services. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs. Our contact endpoint uses hashed IP addresses and email addresses for temporary abuse-prevention counters; if distributed rate limiting is enabled, those counters are processed by Upstash.

We do not sell contact-form information. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Public creative submissions

The annual submissions form collects project titles, loglines, contact details, material links, file uploads, and your rights/policy acknowledgment. Submission records are stored in Upstash Redis, and uploaded documents and trailers are stored privately in Vercel Blob for authorized company evaluation. A registered entry counts toward the annual cap even if its uploads are not completed. We retain records and materials as needed for evaluation, business records, and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion using the contact below.

Text-message consent

If you choose the optional text-message checkbox, we record the phone number, consent choice, notice version, and the notice you agreed to with your inquiry. Your consent is separate from cookie preferences. Text delivery is not activated by this website alone. If a messaging program is enabled, it must honor opt-out requests. You can also withdraw consent by emailing info@kingdomharvestfilms.com.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiries as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by emailing info@kingdomharvestfilms.com. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Cookies, external links, and children

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Necessary storage remembers your cookie/privacy choice for up to 180 days. If you allow experience preferences, browser storage remembers your motion setting and whether the introduction has been seen. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or remove optional preferences. Essential infrastructure and security services may process technical data. External websites linked here have their own privacy practices. This site is intended for general information and business inquiries, and is not directed to children under 13.
